What are some other traditional Christmas dinner meats to serve a small crowd?
My family usually hosts 15 people at Christmas and we make a huge roast. This year, it is just 3 of us and we want something different (and not so big!) Does anyone have some good ideas for a down-sized yet still special Christmas dinner?

Individual cornish hens, a duck or just beautiful steaks for the three of you! And of course, with an incredible bottle of wine--something special like a Barolo or Burgundy.
