BBQ Sauce

Rather than go the traditional route and use store bought BBQ sauce, last night I decided to make my own. I used the traditional ingredients of ketchup, mollasses, brown sugar, and added some spice with chipotles and bit of tabasco. I really enjoyed it, but was wondering if anyone else has tried this, or had a recipe to share?

• The addition of some type of mustard, depending on how sweet or spicy you like it, is also great. I also think some sort of acid component like apple cider vinegar is a great addition to balance it out, and even a few dashs of Angostura bitters, which give it just a hint of je ne sais yum.
